B.C. FILMMAKER: JIM CLIFFE

When did you know you would become a filmmaker? I’ve always been a movie geek, but filmmaking didn’t seem plausible growing up in the Shuswap. Instead, I built a career in the arts. Eventually I found myself storyboarding for live-action projects and being on set. I started to think it may be possible to segue into directing. I got involved with the Okanagan Society of Independent Filmmaking, as well as the Okanagan Film Festival Society, which allowed me to network with professional filmmakers and pick their brains.  Read full article here.
